The referees responsible for directing the last twelve matches of the first round of the Euro-2008 in Austria and Switzerland will be designated Thursday, UEFA said Wednesday at a press.
Twelve arbitrators were appointed for the 31 matches of the Euro. They officiate in collaboration with 24 assistants trios of the same nationality.
The first eight matches have resulted in some incidents.
The Italian Roberto Rosetti was brocardé by the Swiss coach Kobi Kuhn, in particular for not having whistled a penalty in the opening match lost by the Swiss (1-0) face the Czech Republic.
In addition, Dutchman Peter Vink has been criticized for not ruled out a player at the Austrian face to Croatia on June 8.
Finally, UEFA has praised the decision by Sweden's Peter Fröjdfeldt for granted in accordance with the settlement to the Dutch striker Ruud van Nistelroy, a position clearly offside, against Italy.
The arbitrators have no brandished red card during the first eight matches of the Euro.
