The Portuguese winger has been riding high on form for the Dragons since his arrival at Estádio do Dragão, and his performances have reportedly caught the eyes of the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea.

However, the 24-year-old was not at his best during Sunday's Portuguese Cup final, which proved to be fatal for Porto's aspirations of securing their second title of the year.

While Quaresma has hinted that he knows he will "make a great Euro", he has stressed that a place in Portugal's starting eleven is never taken for granted.

"There are 23 players here that want to be starters. There are great players for my position, but I know my value and I believe in me," he said upon his arrival in Viseu, where the squad are preparing before leaving to Switzerland.

"I am a bit tired because of yesterday's game and the trip, but I will be fine."

Portugal have a total of eleven players that will have their debut in a final competition, nothing that seems to scare Quaresma.

"We have a lot of potential, we are a young team, but with a lot of talent," he concluded.
