EURO 2008 INFO

UEFA has already amended several hundred people for having sold their tickets for matches of EURO 2008. Such an approach is contrary to effect the general conditions of use set by the sports organization.

UEFA carries out regular checks on the Internet, said Saturday Vögeli Pascale, spokesman for EURO 2008 SA, on Radio DRS. When discovered tenders for the resale of tickets, the Union of European Football Associations reserves the right to cancel tickets and amend resellers.

The vast majority of sésames offered on the Internet, however, are false, says Vögeli. Most of these offers already existed before that UEFA has launched the sale of tickets for the EURO.
