On-loan Wisla Krakow striker Radoslaw Matusiak and substitute Tomasz Zahorski gave Poland a 2-0 friendly win over Estonia in Wronki.
Matusiak, 26, is back in Poland after failing to break into the Heerenveen first team following his ill-fated spell at Palermo and scored seven minutes before the break.
Gornik Zabrze winger Zahorski netted in the 72nd minute of an exhibition match during which Poland fielded only locally-based players.
The Poles host the USA on March 26 at Krakow.
Poland qualified for the European Championships this summer with Germany, co-host Austria and Croatia.
